Community Classes – Open to Anyone
All classes are 60 minutes and the studio is heated to 97 degree unless stated otherwise below.
Yoga Blue Vinyasa:
A flexible vinyasa flow where the teacher leads you through a flow of poses using breath and movement to build heat, strength, and flexibility. No class is ever the same and it is accessible to all levels.
Mindful Warrior:
This class is geared towards students who want to build heat but move slower than in our Vinyasa class. Poses are held longer and there is less moving from pose to pose. This is the perfect balance between gentle and vinyasa. Class is conducted in candle light in the winter.
Yoga Blue YIN:
Yin is the perfect weekly complement to any of our other classes. There are fewer poses that are held longer to strengthen, lengthen, and provide therapeutic release to joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia, and other connective tissues. Yin is mainly done lying down on your mat.
Hiit:
This is a 30-minute-High Intensity Interval Training class designed to raise your heart rate and get you moving. It is done in the studio on a yoga mat with no shoes. You are guaranteed a 30 minute fast and intense workout. Temperate is below 80 degrees
BROGA
Geared for men, but open to everyone
Strong, energetic, and challenging, Broga combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout.
