Community Classes – Open to Anyone
Community Class: 60 minutes
Sweaty wonderfulness! Stretch, move, balance & breathe. That is all there is to it. Just move your body, clear your mind and don’t take yourself too seriously. Soak up the heated room. Sweat. Give yourself the much needed personal time.
Mindful Warrior: 60 Minutes
A slower version of our Community class that emphasizes slowing down, breathing and holding poses longer to build strong warrior mindsets for a more mindful approach to living. Advanced registration is required on Mindbody for this class. Check schedule by 5am the day of the class for any changes.
Hiit 30: 30 Minutes
Thirty minute high intensity interval training designed to raise your heart rate and get you moving. High energy and fun!
Sunday 75: 75 Minutes
Enjoy your Sunday with seventy-five minutes of relaxation and stretching. This heated class is for all-levels and similar to our Community Class.
