Community Classes – Open to Anyone
Community Class: 60 minutes
Sweaty wonderfulness! Stretch, move, balance & breathe. That is all there is to it. Just move your body, clear your mind and don’t take yourself too seriously. Soak up the heated room. Sweat. Give yourself the much needed personal time.
Broga®: 75 minutes
This class was designed for men (although, women are welcome). Broga® combines traditional power yoga with functional fitness exercises. The result is a practice that builds muscle, improves flexibility, reduces risk of injury, relieves stress and improves balance. The class is high energy, challenging and sweaty!! The practice is done in the studio on a Yoga mat and without shoes.
Mindful Warrior: 60 Minutes
A slower version of our Community class that emphasizes slowing down, breathing and holding poses longer to build strong warrior mindsets for a more mindful approach to living. Advanced registration is required on Mindbody for this class. Check schedule by 5am the day of the class for any changes.
First Responders ONLY – credentials required*
*Spouses of first responders are welcome.
Your significant other must be with you on the first visit to verify credentialS.
HEAT (First Responders & Spouses ONLY) – 60 minutes
A class dedicated to First Responders and their families. A time to unite like people with like careers. Beyond physical movement & breath, the goal is to encourage Strength, Flexibility and Community. Open to ALL levels and work at your own pace. Come and experience this class with your brothers and sisters.
